Jeff Knight, lead designer and co-owner, is experienced in the creative field having worked as a professional graphic designer for over 25 years. He is currently a full-time professor of Graphic Design at NDSU. He graduated with a BA from Concordia College (Communications/Studio Art) and furthered his education by earning an MFA in Graphic Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). He has created successful work for brands ranging from large international businesses, like Bobcat/Doosan and Microsoft to local community-supporting startups, like Scoop-N-Dough, Theatre B, and Twenty Below Coffee Co.

He loves thrifting, horror movies, foosball, and in fact, loves all kinds of cereal. But, his absolute favorite cereal may very well have crunchberries. He lives in Fargo, ND with his wife, their two kids, two dogs, and two cats.
